I was just trying out some new things, and I wanted to know if anyone likes this;

Good concept, but it needs to be cleaned up a bit. What program do you use? There are a lot of tools on various programs to make neater cuts.

Well, I'd give it a 3, I guess. In doing the cutting, you left a lot of white space. ;)

I don't know what sort of program you are using, but you can use a blurred eraser on the layer to make a smoother transition into the glow border. Or you can choose a selection by color, select the white part, and delete it.

OK, So I used everyone's advice, and I tryed that. But with that one - I just fooled it up. So, I tryed it with a different picture. Here are my results:

That one looks a lot neater. Maybe you could try to get some neater cuts on your next graphic; it looks like you cut into her hair and cheek a bit.
